Some of our recent projects where we have worked alongside stakeholders and teams include:
• A 2 year formative evaluation and process improvement of Kent County Council's £1m Equal Project focusing on equalising employment opportunities for marginalized groups
• Programme and project evaluation of 'Fusion'; an extensive set of college-driven innovations that have increased further education responsiveness to employers across the North West over four years
• Evaluation of 'College Way' - two collaboration projects each involving three further education colleges working together to strengthen their service ethos and performance
• Project evaluations of World Class Service project - an outstanding collaboration between employers, public agencies and Trafford College to raise customer service standards across Manchester
• Evaluation for Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) and Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) of a pilot intervention to shift colleges failing to improve into a 'trajectory' of improvement
• Research and development of a Tourism Skills Strategy for Cheshire and Warrington
• 1 year evaluation and process improvement of Birmingham Race Action Partnership's Routes to Opportunity programme (R2O) to help third sector BME organisations become contract-ready
• Evaluations of post-crisis reconstruction projects in Serbia for United Nations Development programme including judicial reform and creating a Ministry of Employment
• Evaluating 10 years of EU support for Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law in Albania for the Council of Europe
• Advising the World Bank on partnership evaluation for international development projects
• Advising the EU Commission on evaluation of a €3bn programme of action research into increasing work opportunities for marginalized groups in Europe (the Equal Programme)
