Most Significant Change

Evidencing the impact of your project through storytelling

‘Measuring’ the impact of social projects on people’s lives is not always suitable, and to address this we use the ‘Most Significant Change’ participatory evaluation method to capture people’s stories, and any changes that have occurred as a result of the project.

This method is particularly useful when it is not possible to predict in any details what the project outcomes will be, or where outcomes will vary widely across beneficiaries.

The resulting reports are rich with documented accounts of people’s experiences and often capture elements that may otherwise be lost using measurement processes.
