Action-centred evaluation that makes a difference
For us, evaluation is not about inspection, it is about being a ‘critical friend’. We can work with you and your teams to improve projects by helping you:
- assess what is working and what might work better
- develop tools to measure progress and highlight innovation and impact
- measure and/or record the ‘unmeasurable’ (eg. empowerment/innovation/self esteem)
- assess whether your project is delivering value for money
- get the attention and engagement of those who need to know, and use your project's findings.
If your project has a particular emphasis on innovation, we can help you experiment and pilot the project successfully, and meet the needs of funders through the provision of our specialist innovation measurement tools.
We offer two types of action-centred evaluation services:
- Formative evaluation working beside you and your teams throughout the life of the project to shine a searchlight on how your project is progressing and can improve
- Summative evaluation helping you and your project teams to harvest the end-impact and learning from a project
