Inequalities
Our team has had a long relationship working with Birmingham Race Action Partnership undertaking evaluations of innovative projects combatting race inequality and advising innovation projects across the health sector on ways of improving access to BME communities. Our people have also worked with projects tackling mental health exclusion, exclusion of people with learning disabilities, metal health issues and people from Roma communities.
Community
Our team contains a specialist in evaluation in youth and community settings, with evaluation experience of Youth Access, Children & Youth Partnership programmes, as well as evaluation and project development under Cymorth and Communities First programmes in Wales. Our team have evaluated residential projects to fight licensing applications in Scotland and radical work with single parents across Wales.
Third Sector
Our community specialists have recently completed an evaluation of a £1m ground-breaking project to support BME third sector organisations in the West Midlands to become contract-ready.
Manufacturing
We have developed installed and maintain innovative measurement systems using new SPC techniques to improve quality assurance in motor manufacturing and extractive industries.
Finance
We have evaluated the development of a banking team responsible for overseeing a £50m portfolio of innovation projects in a retail bank. Our team has evaluated a major Credit Union expansion project in the West Midlands.
Social enterprise
Our team has evaluated 20 action research projects in social enterprise across the West Midlands worth over £6m.
Justice
Our team has worked with two young offender projects in the UK. Our lead evaluator evaluated a major judicial training and reform project in Serbia for the UN.
Health
Our team members support 64 hand-picked innovators in patient care for The Health Foundation. We currently are running an evaluation for the Familiy Nurse Partnership innovation team in the Department of Health.
Education
Our team are themselves innovators in further education and schools, as far away as the Gambia. We have recently evaluated a new approach to to help coasting Colleges improve their performance by a government Agency. We have evaluated over 25 multi-college Further Education innovation projects across the North West.
Skills
We supported a key EU Commission team in driving a €3bn innovation in skills programme across Europe. We evaluated a £2m labour market skills project for disadvantaged groups for Kent County Council.
