Total Improvement Process Ltd is a specialist Evaluation Consultancy providing a wide range of evaluation services across the public, private and third sector. We co-designed and then facilitated the most recent UK Evaluation Society annual conference in Birmingham.

Our passion lies in strengthening people to acquire techniques to create sustainable improvement and innovation. We pride ourselves on our ‘critical friend’ evaluation approach and attention to quality, which focuses on identifying and satisfying each of our customers particular needs.
